If you’re interested in writing a guest post for me, I’d love to hear your pitch!

The criteria I have for guest posts are as follows:
- A MINIMUM of 1500 words (ideally more)
- The blog post must be original content you don’t already have on your blog
- The topic must be related to mental health/well-being/personal development/health/mindset/ self-care/ self-love/ mental disorders
- I must receive the post a week in advance of the publishing date
- You must follow me on social media so that I can tag you when I upload and share the new post! Yes, I do follow back too!! (If you don’t have certain social medias that’s alright, give me whatever you have 🙂 )
- I reserve the right to minimally edit for optimal SEO practice and ensure there are no mistakes
- I need a blurb about you and your blog with a photo and all your socials!
- No affiliates, product promo can be included
What you get out of it:
- An opportunity to expand your audience
- I include a blurb about you and your blog right at the top of the post as well as any links you’re interested in sharing. This means you get clear credit for your work and how people can follow you!
- It looks great as a blogger if you’ve worked with other bloggers before!
- You make a friend in the community (me! 🙂 )
- Your website SEO improves when you’re found on multiple sites!
